Chair, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. The next meeting will be Wednesday January 2, 2008 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.Approval of minutes: The November minutes were read and passed by a Matthews/Grenier MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
Public Comment and Questions: None.
Communications: None.
Old Business:
· The name choices for private driveways were discussed. The names chosen are as follows:
Rodney = Thunder Lane
Terry/Allen = Cistern Lane
Diener/Black = Trickle Creek Lane
Names for others are:
Harrow Lane Jewelweed Lane Hereford Lane
Harvest Lane Combine Lane Highlander Lane
Threshing Lane Alfalfa Lane Angus Lane
Binder Lane Buckwheat Lane Milkweed Lane

· Meeting Dates: After a brief discussion a Hewitt/Matthews MOTION was made to continue to hold the Planning Commission meetings on the First Wednesday of each month for the 2008 calendar year. The MOTION passed unanimously.
New Business: Election of Officers- all 7 members present accept staying on for the next term. It was not known at the time of this meeting as to which terms were expiring.
Subdivisions:
· Roseanne Cotter - After a brief discussion there was a Smith/Hewitt MOTION to recommend the proposal to the Township Supervisors. The MOTION passed unanimously.
· Eric Matthews - After a brief discussion there was a Grenier/Smith MOTION to recommend this subdivision to the Township Supervisors. The MOTION passed unanimously with Eric Matthews abstaining from the vote.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:41 p.m. by a Graber/ Sweppenheiser MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
