10/06/04 DRAFT Meeting Minutes

Members present: *Laura Blain, *Karen Graber-Wright, *Greg Grenier, *Eric Matthews, *Skip Smith, *Eugene Weisbrod: absent: Ty Reynard, Bryce Sheffler, Rob Sweppenheiser; visitors: Frank Wright

President Eric Matthews called the meeting to order at 7:04.

The next meeting will be November 3, 2004 at 7:00 at the township building.

Approval of minutes: A Graber-Wright/Grenier motion was passed to accept the September minutes.

Public comment and questions: None.

Communications: None.

Old Business:
· Ty Reynard, Laura Blain, and Eric Matthews attended a Subdivision And Land Development seminar at the Williamston Inn on 9/9/04 given by PSAT.
· Question raised in May if we should use "Sheshequin" in our mailing address. Laura is continuing to study and will bring a proposal forward.

Road Plan: A Graber-Wright/Grenier motion was passed to support the Township Supervisors decision to allocate funds in their budget for road improvements.

In order to make further progress on the road plan, Roadmaster Jerry Place will be invited to the next meeting. Jerry is requested to bring 3 copies of the Township Road Maps.
