President Eric Matthews called the meeting to order at 7:00.

The next meeting will be December 1, 2004 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.

Approval of minutes: A Grenier/Sheffler motion was passed to accept the October minutes.

Public comment and questions: None.

Communications:
· An agreement to develop a Comprehensive Plan will be submitted to the Township Supervisors on November 8, 2004. Once it is signed it will be sent to the county. Ray Stolinas has advised that they will begin working with the Sheshequin Township Planning Committee on a Comprehensive Plan once the signed contract is received.

Old Business:
· Question raised in May if we should use "Sheshequin" in our mailing address. Laura is continuing to to study and will bring a proposal forward.

Road Plan: Roadmaster Jerry Place attended the meeting to further discuss the road plan. Jerry provided 3 copies of the Township Road Maps.

The roadmaster mentioned that Sheshequin Township has received a grant for Warner Hill Road from the "Dirt and Gravel" program.

New Business:
· O'Reilly subdivision: A large (20+ parcel) subdivision is planned. The majority of the subdivision (and the center) falls in Wysox Township. Parts of some of the lots also fall in Sheshequin Township. A Graber-Wright/Blain motion to require the O'Reilly subdivision paperwork to include "Wysox" and "Sheshequin Township" on all documents rather than only "Wysox" was defeated. A Weisbrod/Sheffler motion to forward the O'Reilly subdivision paperwork to the Sheshequin Township Supervisors with a recommendation for approval was passed. The O'Reilly's agreed, however, to request the issuing authorities to add "Sheshequin Township" to the paperwork, where it is possible.
· Pruyne Subdivision: A Grenier/Smith motion to recommend approval of the subdivision to the Sheshequin Township Supervisors was passed unanimously.  The purpose of the subdivision was represented to allow sale of the house, with no intent to build on the remaining parcel.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8:44 p.m.
