Members present: *Karen Graber-Wright *Greg Grenier *Eric Matthews *Bryce Sheffler *Skip Smith *Rob Sweppenheiser; absent: Eugene Weisbrod, Laura Blain, Ty Reynard

Visitors: Josh Brown, Malin Martin

President Eric Matthews called the meeting to order at 7:00.

The next meeting will be July 6, 2005 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.

Approval of minutes: A Grenier/Graber-Wright motion was passed to accept the May minutes.

Public comment and questions: None.

Communications: None.

Old Business: None.

Road Plan: Roadmaster Gerry Place provided daily logsheets to aid in the development of the road plan. These logsheets have the dollar amounts for township flood damage.

New Business: None.
