Draft 07/06/05 Meeting Minutes

Visitors: Josh Brown, Malin Martin, Marshall Fuller

President Eric Matthews called the meeting to order at 7:15.

The next meeting will be August 3, 2005 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.

Approval of minutes: A Grenier/Sweppenheiser motion was passed to accept the June minutes "as corrected", changing "May" to "June" in the Comprehensive Plan section.

Public comment and questions: None.

Communications: Comprehensive Planning and Sewage Facility Planning training in August.

Old Business: Comprehensive Plan. Section on transportation was discussed.

Road Plan: None.

New Business:
· Subdivision: Jane Patton. A Matthews/Graber-Wright motion was passed to pass the subdivision onto the Township Supervisors a drawn as long as it matches an original signed and stamped drawing.
· Subdivision: Jennie Berg. Discussion centered on the proposed driveways, especially for lot # 4, which appears to be crossing the 100 foot septic area. A Sweppenheiser/Graber-Wright motion recommended looking into driveway access to lot # 4 and also with concerns that the septic layour will be within the setback requirements of the water body.
