Sheshequin Township Planning Commission
Draft 11/02/05 Meeting Minutes

Members present: *Laura Blain, *Karen Graber, *Greg Grenier, *Eric Matthews, *Ty Reynard, *Skip Smith, *Rob Sweppenheiser, *Eugene Weisbrod; absent: Bryce Sheffler

Visitors: Malin Martin, Janet Lundberg, Marshall Fuller, Ron Rogers

President Eric Matthews called the meeting to order at 7:00.

The next meeting will be December 7, 2005 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.

Approval of minutes: A Blain/Grenier motion was passed to accept the October minutes as drafted. It was approved by vote.

Public comment and questions: None.

Communications:

Old Business:

Road Plan: None.

New Business:
· The Scott R and Laura K Shores subdivision was reviewed. A Graber/Blain motion ws made to communicate to the Township Supervisors that this subdivision is lacking the necessary information and supporting documentation to make an informed decision regarding wetlands, creek crossings, septic approvals, etc. It was passed by vote.
· Three Planning Commission terms are expiring in December 2005. These include Skip Smith, Bryce Sheffler, and Rob Sweppenheiser.

Comprehensive Plan:
· Note that a PowerPoint presentation will be given at the visioning meeting to be held on November 16th, 2005 at Trinket Hall.

November:
  Visioning meeting preparation will continue. Eric will confirm that Tonya has plans to properly advertise the 11/16 meeting.
