Draft 06/07/06 Meeting Minutes

Visitors: Tricia Benish

President Eric Matthews called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m..

The next meeting will be July 5, 2006 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.

Approval of minutes: March and April Minutes were passed as written by a Grenier/Smith motion. Motion passed unanimously.
  There are no May meeting minutes as there was not a quorum.

Public comment and questions: Newspaper article on "state capital roundup" from Gerald Place - for informational purposes

Communications: Reviewed handouts sent in by Josh Brown. Further discussion will be at the next meeting.

Comprehensive Plan: Josh Brown - was not present

New Business:
· Subdivision - Thomas Michael Elliot subdivision - Tricia Benish After a brief discussion a Sheffler/Graber motion was made to approve the subdivision with the correction that corrections be made to the State Road numbers. Motion passed unanimously.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8:14 p.m. by a Weisbrod/Blain motion. Motion passed unanimously.
