Sheshequin Township Planning Commission
Draft 3/07/07 Meeting Minutes

Members: (present by asterisk) *Karen Graber, *Greg Grenier, *Bryce Sheffler, *Skip Smith, *Rob Sweppenheiser, *Eugene Weisbrod (absent: Laura Blain, Eric Matthews, Ron Rogers)

Visitors: Malin Martin, Doug Soden

Vice-Chair, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

The next meeting will be April 4, 2007 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.

Approval of minutes: February Minutes were passed with a spelling correction by a Sheffler /Smith MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None

Communications: All Commission members need to fill out the Financial Interests Form from the Township for the next meeting.

Old Business:
· The Draft Comprehensive Plan is still open for corrections/changes.
· A subdivision recently missed the dates for approval - an issue already discussed with Ray Stolinas, Bradford County Planning, at our last meeting. Eugene will get more information about this issue.

New Business:
· Commission members are still interested in receiving information regarding the grant money available to residents for driveways through a memo to the township from the Conservation District as discussed at the prior meeting.

Subdivisions:
· Verizon: David Packard Property: After a brief discussion a Sheffler/Grenier MOTION to recommend approval. MOTION passed unanimously.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:23 p.m. by a Sheffler/Smith MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
