Visitors: Patricia Benish and Malin Martin
Chair, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. The next meeting will be Wednesday November 7, 2007 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.Approval of minutes: The September minutes were read and passed by a Grenier/Sweppenheiser MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
Public Comment and Questions: None.
Communications: Supervisors meeting will be on Monday October 8, 2007 - the Township budget will begin.
Old Business:
· The Township received verbal confirmation that a light will be put on the Verizon tower.
· The name choices for private driveways issue was tabled to the next meeting and it was requested that members bring along their suggestions at that time.
New Business: None.
Subdivisions:
· Eric Matthews: After a brief discussion a Sweppenheiser/Rogers MOTION was made to recommend approval to township supervisors. The MOTION passed unanimously with Eric Matthews abstaining.
· Robert Cole: After a brief discussion a Matthews/Smith MOTION was made to recommend approval to township supervisors. The MOTION passed unanimously.
· Cotter/Barrowcliff: After a brief discussion a Grenier/Sweppenheiser MOTION was made to recommend approval to township supervisors. The MOTION passed unanimously.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:37 p.m. by a Grenier/Matthews MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
