Draft 3/05/08 Meeting Minutes

Members: (present by asterisk) * Laura Hewitt *Greg Grenier *Eric Matthews * Bryce Sheffler *Rob Sweppenheiser (absent: Karen Graber, Skip Smith, Eugene Weisbrod, Ron Rogers)

Visitors: None

Vice-Chair, Laura Hewitt called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The January minutes were read and passed by a Grenier/Sheffler MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None.

Communications:
· Communications: Ethics forms need to be filed before May 1, 2008.

Old Business:
· Karen and Gene have been confirmed for another term.

New Business:
·Greg brought up that the Trinket Community Center may potentially be used for voting in Sheshequin Township.
·Eric reported that the Ulster Library will be looking for a township representative for a library committee to look at the library's future needs.
·A discussion took place on the CHEMSWEEP program. Rob was going to check with extension to get information.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. by a Matthews/ Grenier MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

The next meeting will be Wednesday April 2, 2008 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.
