4/2/08 DRAFT Meeting Minutes

Members: (present by asterisk) *Karen Graber *Greg Grenier Bryce Sheffler *Skip Smith *Rob Sweppenheiser; absent: Eugene Weisbrod, Ron Rogers, Laura Hewitt, Eric Matthews

Visitors: None

Rob Sweppenheiser called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

The next meeting will be Wednesday May 7, 2008 at the Sheshequin Township Building.

Approval of Minutes: The March minutes were read and passed by a Grenier/Sweppenheiser MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Added note - that there were no February minutes due to a lack of meeting quorum.

Communications: None

Old Business:
· Rob Sweppenheiser - CHEMSWEEP information has been emailed to all commission members.

New Business:
· Voting for Sheshequin will be at the Trinket Community Hall for April 22 voting.

Subdivisions:
· Leon Bahl subdivision - After a brief discussion there was a Grenier/Smith MOTION to recommend the proposal to the Township Supervisors. The MOTION passed unanimously
