Chairman, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:09 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The April minutes were read and passed by a Grenier/Sheffler MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None.

Communications: None

Old Business: None

New Business:
· Spring Cleanup - June 14 and 21, 8 am to 4 pm
· Gas Leases - Discussion on different leases and items to look for in a lease.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:33 p.m. by a Grenier / Matthews MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.   The next meeting will be Wednesday June 4, 2008 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.
