Visitors: Malin Martin

Secretary, Rob Sweppenheiser called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The May minutes were read and passed by a Matthews/Grenier MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None.

Communications: None

Old Business:
· Spring Cleanup - June 14 and 21, 8 am to 4 pm
· Gloves and bags available to residents for road cleanup during the spring cleanup dates. Contact Tonya or Gerry.
· Additional road oil available for $24 per 50 feet. Contact Tonya or Gerry.

New Business: More discussion on gas wells and potential road damage.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:26 p.m. by a Matthews/Smith MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
