Vice-Chair, Laura Hewitt called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The June minutes were read and passed by a Matthews/SweppenheiserMOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None.

Communications: None

Old Business:
· Spring Cleanup - Went well
· Discussed availability of e-notice from DEP to track permits.
