Members: (present by asterisk) *Greg Grenier, *Eric Matthews, *Rob Sweppenheiser, *Eugene Weisbrod; absent: Laura Hewitt, Karen Graber, Bryce Sheffler, Skip Smith, Ron Rogers

Visitors: None

Chair, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The December minutes were read and passed by a Weisbrod/Grenier MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None.

Communications: None

Old Business:
· Eric and Ron's terms were up this year and both were re-appointed.
· Rob got out an e-mail on some items to test for prior to gas well drilling.

New Business:
· Election of officers - Gene Weisbrod as Chair, Laura Hewitt as Vice-Chair, and Rob Sweppenheiser as Secretary.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:27 p.m. by a Matthews/Sweppenheiser MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
