2/04/09 DRAFT Meeting Minutes

Members: (present by asterisk) *Eric Matthews, *Bryce Sheffler, *Rob Sweppenheiser, *Eugene Weisbrod; absent: Laura Hewitt, Karen Graber, Greg Grenier, Skip Smith, Ron Rogers

Visitors: None

Chair, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The January minutes were read and passed by a Matthews/Sweppenheiser MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None.

Communications: Official resignation by Skip Smith

New Business:
· Township supervisors would like the planning commission to look at two items this year.    
· 1. Look at the Litchfield Twp. Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance to see if it would have application in Sheshequin Twp.    
· 2. Research a new township building.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. by a Matthews/Sweppenheiser MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
