Visitors: None

Chair, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:12 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The March minutes were read and passed by a Grenier/Hewitt MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None.

Communications:

Old Business:
· Still looking to get a copy of the Litchfield subdivision/land ordinance.
· Visited Ulster Fire Hall and took a tour. The Fire Hall is 50'x110'. We will have a copy of the plans. Need employee's input. Need equipment measurements.

New Business: None

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:51 p.m. by a Sweppenheiser/Grenier MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
