Members: (present by asterisk) *Karen Graber * Eric Matthews *Bryce Sheffler *Rob Sweppenheiser *Eugene Weisbrod absent: Laura Hewitt, Greg Grenier, Ron Rogers

Visitors: Lawrence Huber and Annmarie Degenaro from LDG, Jerry Place

Chair, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:11 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The April minutes were read and passed by a Sweppenheiser/Matthews MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None.

Communications:
·Received copy of the Litchfield Land Ordinance
·PSATS Presentation Material
·Equipment List and Dimensions

Old Business:
·Township Cleanup was April 18 and 25 - 3 full bins and 1 metal container
·Building - LDG representatives gave presentation on what their company could do for us in planning a building.
·Eric gave a report on the PSATS conference

New Business: None

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m. by a Matthews/Sweppenheiser MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
