10/07/09 Meeting Minutes

Members: (present by asterisk) *Laura Hewitt *Karen Graber *Eric Matthews *Rob Sweppenheiser *Eugene Weisbrod; absent: Greg Grenier, Bryce Sheffler, Ron Rogers

Visitors: Simona Perry - Dickinson College

Chair, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The September minutes were read and passed by a Graber/Sweppenheiser MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: Simona Perry is looking to work with larger landowners in Bradford County to track changes in the landscape due to gas exploration.

Communications: A Land Out Of Time, a documentary was brought in by Laura

Old Business: None

New Business: Discussion on gas meeting which was held in Wysox.

Subdivisions: Ladd Subdivision - Sweppenheiser/Graber motion to send to Supervisors with recommendation for approval. The Motion passed unanimously.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. by a Weisbrod/Hewitt Motion. The Motion passed unanimously.

The next meeting will be Wednesday November 4, 2009 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.
