Members: (present by asterisk) *Laura Hewitt *Karen Graber *Bryce Sheffler *Rob Sweppenheiser *Eugene Weisbrod; absent: Greg Grenier, Eric Matthews, Ron Rogers

Visitors: None

Chair, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The October minutes were read and passed by a Hewitt/Sheffler MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously. There was no meeting in November due to a lack of a quorum.

Public Comment and Questions: None

Communications: None

Old Business: None

New Business: Laura reported more information on gas drilling. Planning commission requests that the supervisors push the County Commissioners to be more pro-active with natural gas issues.

Subdivisions: Bahl Subdivsion - Hewitt/Sweppenheiser motion to send to Supervisors with recommendation for approval. The Motion passed unanimously.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:24 p.m. by a Weisbrod/Hewitt Motion. The Motion passed unanimously.

The next meeting will be Wednesday January 6, 2009 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.
