Visitors: None

Chair, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The December minutes were read and passed by a Weisbrod/Sweppenheiser MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None

Communications: None

Old Business: None

New Business:
· Nominations were held and approved for Chair, Vice-Chair, and Secretary. Chair is Gene Weisbrod, Vice-Chair is Laura Hewitt, and Secretary is Rob Sweppenheiser.
· Rob and Bryce are up for Re-appointment. Skip Smith's spot needs to be filled. Greg Grenier's spot needs to be replaced for 1 yr.
· Meeting dates - Change January, February, March, November, and December to 6:00 pm on the first Wednesday of the month. The rest of the year will be the first Wednesday at 7:00 pm.

Subdivisions: None

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:19 p.m. by a Hewitt/Sweppenheiser Motion. The Motion passed unanimously.

The next meeting will be Wednesday February 3, 2009 at 6:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.
