Visitors: Janet and Erik Lundberg

Vice-Chair, Laura Hewitt called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The September minutes were read and passed by a Knapp/French MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None

Communications:
· NPDES Program Duties
· Local Govt. and Business Implications of Marcellus Shale
· ESCGP-1 - General permit for gas industry

Old Business:
· Discussion of Gas items
· Were last month's questions relayed to supervisors? Tabled until next meeting.

New Business: None

Subdivisions:
· Erik and Janet Lundberg Subdivision - Recommended approval to Supervisors, Sweppenheiser/Knapp MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
· Swoody subdivision was left on table. We recommended approval last month.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 8:28 p.m. by a French/Knapp MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

The next meeting will be Wednesday November 3, 2010 at 6:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.
