Chair, Eugene Weisbrod called the meeting to order at 7:12 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The October and November minutes were read and passed by a Sweppenheiser/Hewitt MOTION. The motion passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None

Election of Officers - Chairman - Laura Hewitt
     Vice-Chairman - Carolyn Knapp
     Secretary - Rob Sweppenheiser
MOTION by Weisbrod/Rogers, Passed Unanimously

Meeting Dates - 7 pm the first Wednesday of each month, 2/2, 3/2, 4/6, 5/4, 6/1, 7/6, 8/3, 9/7, 10/5, 11/2, 12/7

Communications:
·Roadway Use and Maintenance Agreement
·Community Planning Course - 1/13,20,27. Laura, Carol, and Carolyn would like to attend.
·Assessment Ordinance for structures not under uniform construction code
·Ordinance for Joint Enforcement of PA Uniform Construction Code
·Floodplain Ordinance

Old Business: Would like map with roads, pipelines, gas pads, and water impoundments. Carolyn will check with Planning Commission.

New Business:
·Would like Gas related item on Supervisors agenda at every meeting.
·Carol French and Laura Hewitt have been re-appointed at Supervisors January meeting.
·Bryce Sheffler has resigned from the commission. Discussed some potential individuals to fill the seats we have open.

The next meeting will be Wednesday February 2, 2011 at 7:00 at the Sheshequin Township Building.
