Visitors: none

Vice-Chair, Carolyn Knapp called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The January minutes were read and passed by a Weisbrod / Sweppenheiser MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None

Communications: None

Old Business:
·Maps - Ron got maps from County Planning Commission for our use.
·Filling vacancy - Need to get a name to the supervisors to fill Bryce Sheffler's spot.

New Business:
·Covington Pad - Discussion
·Report from Community Planning Course from Carolyn. Very little discussion on Marcellus Shale.
·Flood Plain Ordinance - In process of being revised.
·Planning commission would like to have access to a book of all the ordinances in the Township.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:42 p.m. by a Sweppenheiser / Matthews MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
