Chair, Laura Hewitt called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The March minutes were read and passed by a Weisbrod / Knapp MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.

Public Comment and Questions: None

Communications: None

Old Business:
·Spots on Commission - No suggestions
·No action on Twp. Ordinances yet. Carolyn would like to scan for Laura to put on a web page so they are easily available to planning commission. Still need to get copies of land use ordinances from other Twps.
·Financial Forms to be filed for this year have not be given out.

Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 p.m. by a Knapp / Weisbrod MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously.
