8/13/11 DRAFT Meeting Minutes

Visitors: None

Chair, Laura Hewitt called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.

Approval of minutes: The June minutes were read and passed by a Sweppenheiser / Knapp MOTION. The MOTION passed unanimously. There was no July meeting due to a lack of a quorum.

Public Comment and Questions: None

Communications: None

Old Business:
· Questions and concerns with above ground water pipelines.
     1. Have the supervisors been asked or are they negotiating pipeline right of ways?
     2. Should the Twp. be looking at ordinances for noise or air pollution?
     3. What dust control was used on the roads?
·Try and meet with Ulster Twp. planning commission to see where they are at as far as the land use ordinance.
